This comprises of the Executive Director, Operations Manager, Finance & Administration Manager, an Accounts assistant, a MF & Disability Project Officer, Information Officer, Research and Advocacy Officer, Consumer Affairs Specialist, Front Desk Officer, a Systems Administrator, a Technical Advisor seconded by ded, a Driver and a Janitor.
The goal of this team is to manage effectively the organization, and to support the Executive Director in HR-management and strategic, tactical and operational leadership.

The goal of this team is to ensure a healthy membership development. This is to be achieved through identifying and delivering ever more value adding services to members, in particular trainings.

| Team “INFO/ADVOCACY”|
The goal of this team is to establish AMFIU as the information hub; to provide the programmes/projects-team with a competitive edge in delivering its services, and to enable AMFIU be the voice of the industry towards GoU, BoU and other stakeholders. This is to be achieved through collecting, analysing and disseminating information about MFIs’ Performance, Governance, Capacity Building and Products.

| Team “FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIONS” |
The goal of this team is to provide an effective back-office in terms of administration and IT systems for AMFIU to strive as a service provider and information hub. This is to be achieved through sound financial management and monitoring, logistical and organisational support, strong and secure internal computer network and databases, and well maintained office space and vehicles.
